Investigadores del  Hospital Universitario Cologne de Alemania, descubrieron que, personas  que consumían cacao, bajó considerablemente la tensión arterial.&lt;br /&gt;No en vano, investigadores de Nueva York anotaron que el chocolate negro  era casi tan eficaz como los distintos medicamentos destinados a ello.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mejora el flujo de la sangre en el cerebro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un profesor de la Universidad de Nottingham, encontró que las bebidas de  cacao ricas en flavonoides tenían la virtud de mejorar el flujo de la  sangre en el cerebro, especialmente, en las áreas dominantes del mismo,  durante 2 o 3 horas aproximadamente.&lt;br /&gt;Asimismo, también se descubrió que su consumo podría ayudar a las  personas que padezcan problemas de sueño, fatiga, o incluso para ayudar a  contrarrestar los efectos producidos por la vejez.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aumenta el humor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MSNBC divulgó hae algún tiempo que tanto la cafeína como otros productos  químicos que podríamos encontrar en el chocolate, podía mejorar el  humor y facilitar los síntomas premenstruales de la mujer.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mejora los niveles del azúcar en sangre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lisa C. Cohn, R.D.,  presidenta del Park Avenue Nutrition Spa en  NYC,  ha indicado que los flavonoides que podemos encontrar en el chocolate  oscuro puro, pueden ayudar a mejorar los niveles del azúcar en sangre.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reduce el riesgo de ataque de corazón&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diversos investigadores del Colegio Universitario de Medicina John  Hopkins, han indicado que comer algunos cuadritos de chocolate, podrían  ayudar a reducir el riesgo de &lt;a href="http://viviendosanos.com/2007/07/un-exceso-de-consumo-de-sal-puede-afectar-la-salud-cardiovascular.html"&gt;ataque del corazón&lt;/a&gt;, casi un 50%.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reduce el síndrome de fatiga crónica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Algunos estudiosos han hallado que aquellas personas que padezcan del considerado como &lt;a href="http://depsicologia.com/sindrome-de-fatiga-cronica/"&gt;síndrome de fatiga crónica&lt;/a&gt;, reducía sus efectos en un 85%, en especial si consumían 1.5 onzas de chocolate oscuro.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aumenta el colesterol bueno y baja el malo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un estudio del estado de Penn, encontró que aquellas dietas altas en  polvo de cacao y chocolate oscuro (con altos contenidos en flavonoides),  ayudaban a bajar los niveles del considerado como colesterol malo, y a &lt;a href="http://viviendosanos.com/2007/08/una-via-podria-aumentar-el-colesterol-bueno.html"&gt;aumentar el bueno&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mejora el proceso de azúcar en sangre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si bien anteriormente conocimos que mejoraba los niveles de azúcar en  sangre, un estudio llevado a cabo en Italia encontró que el consumo de  chocolate oscuro aumentó el metabolismo del cuerpo relacionado  directamente con el nivel de azúcar en sangre, reduciendo el riesgo de  padecer &lt;a href="http://viviendosanos.com/2007/09/la-grasa-se-acumula-en-los-corazones-antes-de-la-aparicion-de-la-diabetes.html"&gt;diabetes&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reduce la tos persistente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ahora que nos encontramos en otoño, y en unos meses llegaremos al  invierno, parece que el cacao es incluso un buen aliado para aquellas  personas que, en unos momentos dados, puedan sufrir de tos persistente. La nata la he añadido cuando le faltaba 3 min para terminar y la he mezclado. A gusto del consumidor también le podeis añadir quesito rayado. Pulsamos Menú, seleccionamos Freir/Grill tiempo de cocción 15min.Start. Tres minutos antes de terminar añadimos el tomate y movemos.&lt;br /&gt;Luego montamos una lámina de pasta, encima el pollo con queso espolvoreado. Así sucesivamente y le añadimos la bechamel. En la isla de margarita en Venezuela se dan espectaculares y muy gustosos hoy no se concibe una ensalada sin el brillante y rojo tomate y los preparan horneados&amp;nbsp; haciendo una incisión en cruz en la parte del pedúnculo le introducen una cucharadita de mantequilla y lo espolvorean con sal y cebolla en polvo, y lo meten al horno en un molde con un fondito de caldo durante 20 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El tomate RAF: Redondo y como el mundo "ligeramente aplastado en los polos y abultado en el ecuador" es muy estimado dentro de la gastronomía europea. Su calidad y extraordinario sabor lo hacen muy adecuado para consumir crudo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El tomate Cereza o Cherry: es pequeñito y como su nombre lo indica parece una cereza (semeruco le dicen en Venezuela a las cerezas)con un alto contenido en azúcar le aporta un sabor dulce y poco ácido a las preparaciones. De forma y color variables, se utiliza sobre todo en la elaboración de canapés o aperitivos, en ensaladas y como guarniciones de platos o bebidas, conocido también como tomate enano, es una hortaliza exótica que se caracteriza por su fruto redondo, piel fina, color rojo al madurar y sabor intenso. Es muy apreciado en los mercados internacionales, siendo sus principales importadores el Reino Unido, Alemania, Estados Unidos, Francia y Canadá&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El tomate Pera: O perita como le dicen en Venezuela es&amp;nbsp; sabroso y muy aromático, su proporción de pulpa es bastante elevada lo que lo hace ideal para preparar salsas, purés, gazpachos y es el mejor para envasar y conservar. es de forma&amp;nbsp; ovalada&amp;nbsp; redondeada en las puntas, un poco alargado. Hace ya algunos años me la enseñó una persona muy especial para mi, una persona de la cual me acuerdo TODOS los dias, y quien me ha enseñado y ayudado mucho. Gracias por esos años Milagros. &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bueno, ahí va la receta:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Macarrones&lt;br /&gt;Atún&lt;br /&gt;Tomate&lt;br /&gt;Huevo&lt;br /&gt;Sal y aceite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hervimos los macarrones con un poquito de sal y aceite de oliva. Se enrollan y pinchamos con un palito, para que no se desahagan. &lt;br /&gt;Introducimos el aceite en el recipiente, junto con la cebolla cortada en rodajas, las patatas en láminas y los champiñones. Incorporamos encima los rollitos rellenos.&lt;br /&gt;Salpimentamos al gusto y añadimos el agua y el vino blanco.
